This year my goal is simple. I want to lose at least 50 pounds by December 31st, 2011. When I accomplish my goal I get a whole new wardrobe! If I lose 80 pounds I get to get a tattoo that I have designed!
On the first day of every month I will post a picture as well as how much I have lost so far. I will also include my plan for the next month.
I am hoping to lose 5-10 pounds almost every month. I do know that the first couple of months this might appear to be difficult because of muscle gain. Muscle does weigh more than fat, so the scale may make it look as if I have not lost any weight.
I am wanting you all to make comments; they can be nice or be constructive critisism. Any and all comments are welcome. I am in need of as much motivation and support as I can possibly get. If I am slacking I want to know.
