Before Pics

It is officially 2011 and my new workout routine has started. This month I am doing the P90X workout and watching what I eat. I have done my first fit test and to say the least I am disapointed with my results. I finally realize how unfit I truely am. Lets just say it was a real eye opener. My results are not that great and my run was more of a walk which means I have a long way to go but I am bound and determined to lose this weight and this is just the beginning.

Results from my fit test are as follows:
Push-Ups: 0
Sit-Ups: 10
1 Mile Run: 16min 33sec

New Year's Resolution!

This year my goal is simple. I want to lose at least 50 pounds by December 31st, 2011. When I accomplish my goal I get a whole new wardrobe! If I lose 80 pounds I get to get a tattoo that I have designed!

On the first day of every month I will post a picture as well as how much I have lost so far. I will also include my plan for the next month.

I am hoping to lose 5-10 pounds almost every month. I do know that the first couple of months this might appear to be difficult because of muscle gain. Muscle does weigh more than fat, so the scale may make it look as if I have not lost any weight.

I am wanting you all to make comments; they can be nice or be constructive critisism. Any and all comments are welcome. I am in need of as much motivation and support as I can possibly get. If I am slacking I want to know.

Merry Christmas everyone!

Dexter!

We have recently adopted this cute little kitten that we named Dexter! To be honest I wasn't sure I would like him because I am not exactly a cat person. I definitely prefer dogs... but he is cute. He loves to play and climb on EVERYTHING. He is only 3 pounds so he is tiny!

I had to put this picture on! I think its kind of creepy though. I watched an episode of Castle and there was about 6 or 7 cats eating the corpse of the dead guy! So everytime he licks his lips I think of that! Gross I know but I thought it was funny that I got this picture!

The Green Couch

The Green Couch has been through so much in its life. It has been passed down through all of my brothers and sisters. It has finally passed away in a tragic death of being ripped to peices. My Tattoo!!!

This was taken about half way through! It hurt but the second half was the worst part! This is the tattoo artist working on my back! I was so sore by the end because I had to sit in that position the whole time!

This is the final product! I think it turned out so good!
