We went and watched a Memorial Day service that DLI was putting on. They were noticing two soldiers who had graduated from DLI that had died in Iraq. William was suppose to march in this but he was taken off the list the day before.
Wow. Aren't those ceremonies so neat. I love the things like that that the military puts on. At one point Jason was doing funerals for fallen soldiers or veterans and I got to go to some of them, and it was so moving. It choked me up every time they handed the flag to the family. I think its cool how much respect they show to the military.
I like watching the programs the military put on. they are pretty neat. We just had the air show on the base last weekend and the Thunderbirds put on an awesome show. they always do. Its too bad you don't have planes on your base, they're cool to watch except the noise!!
